Weekly Timetable (w/c 4th October)

We hope you enjoyed the taster sessions last week. There are a couple of exciting events coming up this week so please make sure you've got all these dates down in your diary. 😊

Just a gentle reminder that we will be starting to collect payment for classes from tomorrow onwards. Please bring some cash with you and we will collect it when you register at each class.

Please note: The rooms at Murray Learning Centre are carpeted so they might be more difficult to dance on. However, we have got some very good rooms with a hard-floor for the practice sessions!

Monday 4th October

✨ Social Class (6-7pm, Debating Hall, £2): Samba

✨  Rock 'n' Roll Class with Craig (7-8pm, Debating Hall, £4)

If you go to both Social Class and Rock 'n' Roll, both classes will cost £5!

Tuesday 5th October

We are running extra FREE Beginner taster sessions this week. As we have very limited space, we will be prioritising this class for beginners who were unable to make it to the ones last week. These classes will be committee run and there will be no sign-up required.

We can meet at the mermaid fountain at the Guild of Students at 5:50pm and walk to Murray Learning Centre together.

✨ Beginners Latin Taster Session (7-8pm, UG05, Murray Learning Centre)

We will also be running an extra FREE Novice Taster session. All members are welcome to join! This will also be committee run.

Wednesday 6th October

✨ BALADS EGM (8-9pm, UG05, Murray Learning Centre)

We are voting for our second Team Captain and our Publicity Officer. We need 20 people for the EGM to be valid and you need to have bought membership to attend (buy membership here:  https://www.guildofstudents.com/organisation/balads/). Old and new members are encouraged to come and vote!

We will be meeting at UG05 from 8pm onwards but we will start the EGM at around 8:20pm.

✨ Pres and Sports Night! (9pm onwards)

After the EGM, we will walk over together to pres in Selly Oak.

Thursday 7th October

✨ Offbeat Taster Session (7-8pm, UG05, Murray Learning Centre)

✨ Conditioning Class (8-9pm, UG05, Murray Learning Centre, £2)
