Timetable 25/11/2024

Hi everybody, quick announcement before the timetable this week. Unfortunately the Guild is being hired out for an external event this week, and as a result, all rooms usually used in the Guild for classes and practices are unavailable for the entire week. As we are unable to hire university rooms outside of certain hours, we are therefore unable to run our full schedule of classes. The timetable will be back to normal from the start of next week (02/12/24).

So, without further ado, here is the timetable for the week:

Monday 25th:

🪩 Rock and Roll 7:00-8:00 in Murray Learning Centre UG07 for £4

Tuesday 26th:

❗️No Privates this week as there are no suitable rooms we can book out for an entire day❗️

🪩 Christmas Meal!

Due to the unavailability of rooms we will be doing our annual Christmas Meal this Tuesday! This year it is at The Green Man (Harborne, B17 9PU) at 6:30pm.
All further details are available on the BALADS whatsapp chat or our socials, and if you have any further questions please don't hesitate to ask!

Thursday 28th:

🪩 Beginner Ballroom & Latin 7:00-8:00 in University House G08 for £4

Friday 29th:

🪩 Strictly Brum Dancing!

Our annual Strictly Brum Dancing charity event will be being held this Friday in the Deb Hall! Doors open at 6:30pm and we hope to see as many of you there as possible!
This event is in support of St. Basils - who support young people in and around Birmingham facing homelessness. We have a JustGiving page where you can donate, and we as a committee have set a number of donation milestones which you can help us hit. Full details can be found on our groupchat or on our socials.

Saturday 30th:

🪩 Manchester Winter 2024!

Finally, to round off the week, we will be going to Manchester for their Winter competition! This is our final comp of the year so we're looking forward to seeing many of you there! As with previous weeks, we will unfortunately not be running practice this Saturday due to the lack of committee members available.
